WFS Group under the leadership of SATS group is a global air cargo logistics leader. Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) is a pioneer Private Airport facility in India. WFS (Bengaluru) Private Limited (“WFSBPL”) was incorporated on July 25, 2022 to develope operate, manage and maintain the existing cargo terminal and cool port located at BIAL for international import and export of cargo for 15 years. WFSBPL is a Joint Venture between WFS Global SAS and Bangalore International Airport Limited in the ratio 74:26 respectively. WFSBPL commenced business operations wef May 24, 2023.
